Jylinda Johnson is the Vice President and General Manager of the Government Operations, Commerce and Global Citizen Services Sector. In this role, Jylinda oversees a $500M portfolio across over 20 Federal Civilian Agencies.

Jylinda’s team delivers mission critical support to numerous facets of the Department of Health and Human Services and the Department of State. In addition, Jylinda’s team delivers full-service enterprise infrastructure, cloud enablement, applications development, course development, and management consulting support to a broad base of Federal Civilian clients, including the Department of Education, the Department of Commerce, the General Services Administration, the US Postal Service, the US Patent and Trademark Office, AmeriCorps, the Office of Disaster Assistance within the Small Business Administration, the Department of Agriculture, and several others.

Jylinda is a member of the WashingtonExec Women in Leadership Executive Council, the Shared Services Leadership Coalition (SSLC) Board and is actively engaged in the American Council for Technology-Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC). She holds two engineering degrees from the University of Virginia, including a Master’s in Systems and Information Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering.
