Aarthi joined the American Council for Technology and Industry Advisory Council (ACT-IAC) in February 2025 as the Manager of Professional Development. In this role, she is responsible for managing the Voyagers Program and supporting the Director of Professional Development with the Associates and Partners programs. Additionally, she provides support to the GAP community.
Prior to joining ACT-IAC, Aarthi worked as a Senior Consultant at Kollabio, where she contributed to both business and project management initiatives. Her earlier experience includes working with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA), where she contributed to project management and stakeholder engagement within the Outreach department.
She also holds an Advanced Scrum Master certification, reflecting her interest in agile practices and continuous learning. Aarthi is excited to bring her experience and enthusiasm for professional growth to ACT-IAC and looks forward to supporting its mission.
