
Anita Lynn leads Capgemini Government Solutions’ Health and Homeland sector team, responsible for bringing Capgemini’s global solutions and capabilities to the federal government. She has over 30-years of experience in transformative technology implementations at large federal departmental agencies and Fortune 500 companies, specializing in IT strategy, architecture, program management, and solution development.
Prior to Capgemini, Anita served as an executive in the growth of a small, 8(a) business into a large business and as an executive for a large systems integrator leading a wide-range of enterprise initiatives, including strategic outsourcing, modernization of core systems, IT Strategic planning and target architecture design, Testing & Quality Assurance centers of excellence, and emerging technology implementations.
Anita has been an active participant in the ACT-IAC community since 2012 as a Partners Fellow, participating in working groups, serving as a mentor, selection committees for Innovation Awards and Professional Development, Fellows Committee Co-Chair, and most recently, on the IAC Executive Committee as a Member-at-Large.
Anita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania. She has held prior volunteer positions as Green Acres School Board of Trustees Vice President, Montgomery County Community Foundation Grants Committee member, and various student athletic team and education fundraising committees.
