David is the Deputy Program Officer for SSA’s IT Modernization effort, where he is responsible for delivering a portfolio of 35 products and a 5-year budget approaching $700M.
David previously served as Product Development Director at IRS’s Office of Online Services, where he led omni-channel rollout. Before Federal service, David worked at AOL where he was responsible integrating new online products with contact center support. David recently retired as as a Commander in the Navy Reserve, where he focused on military space capabilities and user integration.
