Herman is responsible for managing the 8(a) STARS III GWAC and ensuring that federal acquisition professionals are able to easily access 8(a) STARS III industry partners. Additionally, Herman enjoys working closely with industry partners and leveraging his experience as an 8(a) contractor prior to beginning his federal service career. Herman has been with GSA for 16 years primarily supporting the 8(a) STARS program. Herman attended the University of Central Missouri, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Master's in Business Administration.
