Todd Hager

Todd Hager is Vice President of Strategic Advisory for Macro Solutions and has been working with Macro since early 2015.  He provides leadership in strategy, innovation, modernization, and team enablement.  His work has been instrumental within the US Department of Health and Human Services starting with the COVID response, working closely with the CIOs of HHS, ACF, and ARPA-H to help plan for and modernize the infrastructure and teams, while working to develop agile, “service-forward” orientations within and between teams.  He has published a series of blogposts as a guest contributor to GovLoop, including:

Todd served as the Industry Chair for the ACT-IAC Emerging Technology Community of Interest (COI) for the past eight years, making space for the creation of a variety of single-topic working groups that helped to drive ACT-IAC membership and engagement.  He is also a member of the AGA Financial System and Technology Committee. 

Todd is a 2021 Federal 100 Award winner.  He has a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science from Johns Hopkins University.  He is also a certified PMP, a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ITIL v3 certified, and certified in CMMI v2.
