Thomas K Scanlon (703-208-4800x207) joined ACT-IAC in September 2019 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Tom is responsible for the Finance, Accounting, and Human Resources functions of the organization. Prior to joining ACT-IAC, Tom was the CFO of Greenfield Senior Living, an owner/operator of twenty-one assisted living and memory care communities based in Falls Church, VA. Previously, he served in various Finance and Accounting roles with the Ratner Companies, CapitalSource, Marriott International and PenFed over a thirty year career in Finance and Accounting. Tom holds a B.S. in Finance from Villanova University and an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland.
