Trevor Wagner currently serves as the Testing and Reengineering Lead in the Procurement Innovation Lab (PIL) under Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO). Trevor helps DHS foster a culture of procurement innovation by testing new techniques and sharing those best practices with the DHS acquisition community and across other federal agencies/councils. The work includes coaching and consulting with various teams, hosting PIL webinars, and instructing at PIL Boot Camps. Prior to working in the PIL, Trevor worked on DHS’s classified requirements. Prior to joining DHS, Trevor worked in industry as a corporate contract administrator.
