Fellows Impact Retreat – Program Summary

The Fellows Impact Retreat is a premier leadership development experience designed for senior GovCon leaders who have completed the Voyager and Partners programs. This immersive, three-day retreat blends experiential learning, executive coaching, and peer collaboration to re-energize participants and equip them with actionable leadership strategies.
